SALES AND DELIVERY TERMS
Below you will find useful information in connection with booking a stay with us. You can read about payment, right of cancellation, refund, how we process your entered information, how you receive your receipt in connection with a purchase and more.
PAYMENT
A minimum of 50% of the stay is paid at the time of booking and the remaining amount 14 days before arrival.
All prices stated in the booking system and on the website are stated in Danish kroner including VAT.
Payment is made using one of the approved debit/credit cards in online booking, which are Visa and MasterCard or payment with MobilePay or PayPal. There is no fee charged for transactions made through online booking.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION AND REFUND
When booking, you must choose between “Cancellation Basic” or “Cancellation Premium”. The choice must be made when booking, and it will not be possible to change to another service after the first payment. Changing a booking means cancelling, changing the type of accommodation or the dates of your stay. You are of course always welcome to change the number of people or add-ons without having to pay an administration fee. Please note that if one of the above is not selected, “Cancellation Basic” will automatically be selected.
CONDITIONS FOR CHANGE OF STAY
1. With "Cancellation Basic" you do not have the option to rebook, cancel or get a refund for your booking if you are prevented from attending.
2. With “Cancellation Premium” you can rebook and cancel up until 12:00 noon two days before arrival. However, we would like to point out that there is an administration fee of DKK 100 per change, per booking. The amount for “Cancellation Premium” is not refundable in the event of cancellation.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking. A booking is cancelled if an email has been sent to the email address provided when booking.
We will endeavour to meet your wishes, but reserve the right to change any booking made for a specific pitch/cabin to a pitch/cabin of a similar standard, without the booking being considered invalid. We disclaim any responsibility for prices or calculations not made by the staff at Sandskaer Strandcamping.
RIGHT OF CANCELATION
We would like to point out that your booking is not covered by the Consumer Agreement Act's rules on the right of cancellation. The sale of accommodation (cabins, holiday apartments, camping etc.) is covered by a special exception in the Consumer Agreement Act's section 18, subsection 2, no. 12. The booking made is therefore not covered by the 14-day right of cancellation. The confirmation will be sent via email within 24 hours of the booking time. Please check that you have provided the correct email address. Delivery of the booked stay will take place upon arrival at Sandskaer Strandcamping on the day of arrival (and will be completed upon departure on the day of departure). Both of these times will be stated in the confirmation. Cancellation of a stay will take place by email to info@sandskaer.dk . Remember to include the booking number.
RECORDING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Sandskaer Strandcamping registers your name, address, email and other information provided in connection with the purchase in its customer database. The information is not disclosed, but Sandskaer Strandcamping retains the registration for 5 years.
Sandskaer Strandcamping uses cookies on the website and a secure connection to ensure the security of the information you provide on the site.
When paying by credit card, registration takes place via a secure server, where the information is encrypted before being sent over the internet.
COMPLAINTS PROCESSING
If for some reason you do not receive your contract confirming your purchase, and you have not received an error message from the system, you can write to the address or telephone number below.
Complaints about the booking process, the booking itself or the product (stay) must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error, or should have discovered the error by normal review of your contract. You can complain in writing or orally. One year after receipt of the goods (stay), the right to complain ceases in accordance with Section 83, subsection 1 of the Danish Sales Act, unless otherwise agreed.
When Sandskaer Strandcamping receives your complaint about a product, the complaint will be processed as soon as possible.
